    Advice Needed About Employment Agencies

    Hi everyone,

I’m considering using an employment agency to help me find work, and I’ve heard mixed reviews about the process. Does anyone have experience working with agencies, especially those focused on temp or contract roles?

I’ve been looking at options in my area and came across uitzendbureau Deventer. Are they reliable, and how does the process typically work? Do they charge fees to job seekers, or is it employer-funded? Any advice on navigating this would be great, especially tips on what to watch out for or questions to ask.

Thanks in advance for your help!

In fact, agencies can help you get a job, since they usually work with the local labor market and can simplify many things. It is not always rational because of their commission. Also, you can look for vacancies on different websites, like factory worker in Japan which I used not so long ago
